By booking an appointment, you have reserved our valuable time. As a business, this time is lost and may not be resold at the last minute. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will incur a 50% - within a 24 hour period a 100% cancellation fee will be deduction from the card we have on file. This fee is necessary because it allows us to allocate the slot to other clients.
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will also be subject to a 50% fee. No-show appointments cannot be filled and therefore impact the business and the therapist's valuable time.
Please note that gift voucher values will be lost in the event of a last-minute cancellation or a no-show. The non-cancellation charge remains, and the 100% value of the appointment from the gift voucher will be deducted.
