To secure your appointment, we require card details at the time of booking. Please be assured that your card will not be charged until the completion of your appointment. Unfortunately, securing an appointment with a gift voucher is not possible. Therefore, please insert your card details to secure your appointment. Upon completion of your appointment, kindly present your gift card to your stylist/therapist, and we will charge the gift card accordingly.

By proceeding with booking an appointment, I consent to my card details being securely stored for the purpose of securing my appointment. I authorise the use of these card details to charge my card in the event that I cancel my appointment within the stipulated 48-hour notice period or fail to attend my scheduled appointment.

Furthermore, I understand and accept that all cancellations must be executed through our official app or booking system to ensure proper processing and accountability.

Should you wish to contest a cancellation fee, please send us an email detailing your concerns, and we will review your case promptly.

Gift Voucher Redemption: When booking with a gift voucher, we’ll ask for your card details as a precaution. No charges will be made. During your spa visit, simply present your voucher for payment
